Precision Medicine Healthcare Platform

Designed a user-friendly healthcare platform for US-based health-tech startup which was later acquired by a public company. Responsible for creative aspects of web, mobile, and marketing site. 



One of our clients is a precision medicine health-tech startup based in the United States. Their platform helps improve human health and well-being by providing personal recommendations based on DNA test results, lab results, lifestyle data, wearable data activity, and other information.

Based on this data users get personalized health plans and recommendations, can schedule consultations with doctors and coaches, and monitor their health.

In addition to our development role, the Varyence UX Design team designed the healthcare web application, mobile application, product marketing website, and administrative dashboard.

Customer Challenge

  • Provide user-friendly and intuitive design for both internal staff, health coaches and patients. 
  • Show all patient data in one place to help with health plan for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. 
  • Enable customers to view and download personalized health reports and insights. 
  • Enable customers to order and manage their subscriptions online. 
  • Enable appointment scheduling, activity monitoring, and health indicator-based alert triggers. 
  • Track the advancement of healthy habits, weight management, and adherence to treatment plans. 
  • Enable scheduling capabilities with coaches and doctors.

User research and analysis

All data is displayed in one universal preventative healthcare dashboard, encompassing health scores, daily habits, sleep patterns, burned calories, activity levels, upcoming appointments, supplements, results of genetic testing, and much more.
