The story

Our customer operates a Fintech consulting and data analysis practice. This department must perform intensive data analysis and it requires a significant amount of manual labor to complete projects for their Financial Services customers.

Varyence helped identify areas that could be automated and released a suite of eight tools, each focused on automating previously manual processes.

These automation tools saved an estimated 70% of manual efforts for a team of over 15 individuals.

Additionally, Varyence implemented centralized IAM (Identity & Access Management) enabling internal administrators to easily provision and manage access to the tool, using least privilege access principles.

Varyence continues maintaining the solution and releasing updates to keep up with changing business needs. This is done as new processes are identified for automation or refinement.

  • Having grown by over 800% within three years, the complexity of internal processes has greatly increased. This has caused challenges in onboarding new customers and projects. We need to be able to scale using automation. 
  • Streamline, automate, and reduce manual efforts for such workflows:
    • SaaS subscription management
    • Data analysis
    • Integration with external CMS’s such as HubSpot CRM, and many more.
  • Ensure automation tools and Identity Management (IAM) solutions are highly scalable, resilient, cloud-based, and secure.

  • Developed suite of eight browser-based applications used by consulting, data analysts and executive teams on daily-basis. Workflow automation software is used various needs to automate processes. 
  • Implemented a centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) system that enables easy provisioning and management of access to the tools. It was also integrated into Azure Active Directory (AD). 
  • We continue maintaining the solution and release updates as new processes are identified for automation or refinement
