Solution delivered

Developed a SaaS platform that provides mid-market companies with a secure remote access solution alternative to traditional insecure VPN or other costly alternatives.

Solution enables publishing of remote desktops and remote applications via a secure interface with multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled and Active Directory authentication.   It also allows organizations to manage BitLocker encryption and BitLocker recovery keys for any Windows computer, irrespective of the location or domain join status.

The SaaS remote access platform safeguards against ransomware and data breach by implementing a data transfer block between remote users and corporate networks. This security measure provides peace of mind to customers, ensuring the protection of sensitive business and customer data.

Implementation time for customers is under one day, compared to competitor alternatives that could take weeks or months to implement.

Solution consists of several components:

  • On premise server agents deployed to Active Directory domain controllers 
  • Direct agents deployed to individual non-Active Directory joined machines for remote access 
  • Direct agents deployed to individual machines for BitLocker management 
  • Browser-based connector 
  • Windows desktop connector application
