This audience was spending time on manual workarounds, calculations and reporting instead of focusing on growing their ecommerce businesses. They could not find the right tool to solve their problems.

Our client’s vision, based upon their audience’s feedback, was a platform that could enable them to utilize a single dashboard to assess how their ecommerce product lines and their overall business is performing. All data from their stores would be pulled in automatically and users would be able to get insights and analytics to make critical business decisions.

Varyence handled all technical aspects. We developed the SaaS platform starting from concept design prototypes to cloud infrastructure to subscription management to API integrations.

Some of the more detailed areas we helped on:

  • Provided technical guidance on decisions related to team composition, technical stack, cloud infrastructure, product roadmap, and third-party integration decisions
  • Provide business advisory on go-to-market strategy, investment/fundraising decisions, and business operations and execution, payment processing, and subscription management
