The story

Our customer runs a SaaS Enterprise IT Remote Access platform that manages millions of secure Remote Desktop sessions globally each year.

The platform has RBAC (role-based access control) with 9 user roles. Each role has several permissions related to it: 

  • Access to remote desktops and remote applications 
  • Management of identities, accesses, permissions and groups 
  • Licenses management  
  • Reporting 
  • Billing 

Varyence assumed responsibility for all technical aspects of the software, including design, development, hosting, and maintenance. Also took charge of UI/UX design, project and product management, QA, as well as Business and Requirements Analysis.

Varyence developed the browser-based web portal that is currently used by tens of thousands of users each day. 

Varyence continues to maintain and enhance all SaaS platform components.
